Mobilika ("we", "us", "our") builds mobile games and apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our apps and websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible. Depending on the app you use, we may collect:
- Device & usage data: device model, OS version, language, anonymous device identifiers, crash logs, and aggregated gameplay events used to improve the app.
- Advertising identifiers: on iOS, only with your permission via App Tracking Transparency. On Android, the Advertising ID, in line with platform policies.
- Purchase data: purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a transaction confirmation but never your payment method.
- Support data: if you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Our games do not require an account and do not ask for your name, address, or phone number.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve our games and apps.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- To measure aggregate usage and game balance.
- To deliver advertising (where applicable) and measure its performance.
- To respond to support requests.
Third-party services
We use trusted third-party providers that may process limited data on our behalf, such as Apple, Google, analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporters, and advertising networks. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Children's privacy
Our games are suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We retain anonymous analytics and crash data for as long as needed to improve our products. Support emails are retained for as long as needed to assist you and meet legal obligations.
Your rights

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
