We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform you obtained the app from (e.g. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement).

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our apps, except as permitted by law.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use automated tools that interfere with gameplay or other users.
• Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled by the respective platform under its policies.

The Services, including all art, code, audio, characters, and trademarks, are owned by Mobilika or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilika will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
